Candlelight Yin Yoga & Meditation
Join us for a deeply rejuvenating evening of gentle slow-moving postures, breath work and meditation techniques with candlelight and soothing music to enhance a state of calmness and deep physical relaxation.
Led by Cathy Keenan, Yoga Instructor and Chinese Medicine Educator. This evening will bring about a sense of peace and warmth for your entire spirit.
This class is for everyone and all levels of yoga experience welcome. The movement is safe for prenatal and postnatal.
